Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to send a request for a return.

You can you be eligable for a return only if your item is in the same condition that you received it in. 
Aka, unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
You also need proof of purchase.

To request a return, send an e-mail to info@aphellos.com.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return are not accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect the order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and fix it.


Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot always accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
